Disability support in the Granite Belt
I-Care Connect provides thoughtful, reliable support at home and in the community—centred on your choices, your routines and your goals.

How we can support you
Good support should make daily life feel more manageable—not more complicated. We take time to understand what matters to you, then shape practical support around it.
Consistent, person-led support at home—built around daily routines, safety, independence and the way you want to live.
Practical support to get out, stay connected and enjoy the people, places and activities that matter to you.
Respectful assistance with everyday activities, provided at your pace and with your consent at every step.
A little help to keep home comfortable, organised and safe—while supporting you to remain involved and independent.
What makes our support different
It is a collection of choices, relationships, routines and goals. Our job is to listen, understand and provide support that fits.
Start a conversation →You decide what support looks like. We ask first, explain clearly and respect your answer.
Familiar workers and genuine relationships help support feel steady, comfortable and personal.
We work with you—not around you—so everyday support strengthens confidence and capability.
Clear plans, accurate records and open communication keep everyone informed and supported.
Getting started
Tell us about your needs, goals, preferences and what good support looks like to you.
Together, we agree on the services, schedule and approach that fit your life and funding.
We focus on suitable workers, clear introductions and continuity wherever possible.
As your needs or goals change, we review your support with you and adjust thoughtfully.
Local support. Genuine connection.
I-Care Connect is a local disability support provider serving Stanthorpe and the surrounding Granite Belt community.
We believe the strongest support grows from trust, consistency and honest communication. That means listening carefully, respecting consent and keeping participants and their chosen supporters involved.
Your rights, privacy and voice
Everyone receiving support from I-Care Connect has the right to be safe, treated with dignity and respect, make informed choices, have their privacy protected and involve a nominee, family member or independent advocate if they choose.
We explain support clearly, ask before acting and respect your right to say yes, say no or change your mind without pressure or disadvantage.
We collect and use personal information only for legitimate service, safety and legal purposes. Information is stored securely and shared only with consent or when required by law.
You can raise a concern with us without fear of losing support or being treated differently. We will acknowledge it, respond fairly and help you access an advocate or external complaints pathway.
